How to support

Three ways to stand behind recovery communities.

Give directly, bring your organization alongside the foundation, or offer your time. Each route below is live and reaches the same small team.

Corporate & individual sponsorships

A sponsorship is a larger, agreed commitment, usually annual, from a business, a family or an individual who wants their support directed at a specific area of our work. Here is exactly how it runs.

  1. Tell us what you have in mind

    Email the foundation or use the contact form on this page with your name or organization, the level of support you are considering, and whether you are giving as an individual or on behalf of a business.

  2. We send a sponsorship outline

    You receive a written outline covering how funds are allocated, what recognition is available, the reporting you will receive, and the documentation your accountant or board will need.

  3. Confirm and fund

    Once the terms are agreed we confirm them in writing and send a secure payment link, or arrange transfer or cheque details if that suits your organization better.

  4. Receive your reporting

    Sponsors receive a written account of where their funding went and what it supported, on the schedule agreed at the outset.

Volunteer opportunities

Legacy 12 Foundation does not currently run a standing volunteer program, and we would rather say so plainly than advertise roles that do not exist yet.

Volunteer interest forms are available upon request. Send us a note and we will forward the form, keep your details on file, and contact you directly when the foundation or one of the programs we fund has something genuine to offer.

  • Any professional skills relevant to grantmaking, finance, education or recovery services.
  • Whether you are happy to be contacted about programs we fund as well as the foundation itself.

Every message goes to the same inbox and is read by the foundation, not by an agency. We reply to all genuine enquiries.

Legacy 12 Foundation does not maintain public social media accounts at this time. Rather than point you at profiles that are not ours, updates on grants, reporting and the work we fund are sent by email.

Write to admin@legacy12foundation.org with the subject line Foundation updates, and we will add you to the list. Social channels will be listed here if and when the foundation opens them.
